WHAT IS THE EB5 PROGRAM?

EB5 (stands for Employment Base fifth) is a program that helps investors to get American green cards. Applicants can sponsor themselves and the whole family easily without depending on any individual or organization. With a lower cost and investment than other programs, EB5 helps investors find core values ​​in a prosperous and thriving country as the United States. From there, it helps investors to have a high standard of living, a better quality of life to confidently integrate into global zone.

THE AIM OF THE PROGRAM

EB5 is the program for investors who want to immigrate in the US according to investment program that was approved by the US Congress in 1990. Accordingly, applicants will invest in a project in which their capital have to guarantee to create 10 full-time jobs. The investment in the project as stated above is aimed at solving high unemployment or economic slowdown in some local regions in the US. If the Investors’ investment project meets the regulations within 2 years, the investors will be eligible to apply for US green cards.
